The first few paragraphs of this story gave me goose bumps. I was expecting a dark, sinister tale but was pleasantly surprised when I got a bright, beautiful one instead. Passionate, lusty Eros and shy, reserved Gwen seemed like total opposites at first, but that really wasn't the case. He just needed to break through her inhibitions to uncover her passion. When he did, the sex was sizzling. The cast of supporting characters, made up of mythical figures from several different cultures, was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed this magical short story.

Megan Hart delivers a short story that will continue on for a long time in a reader’s thoughts. Plus, there is the wonder if there is more to Perion’s and Mason’s lives yet to come. The ending while wonderful, certainly keeps one hanging on wondering what is next. Ms. Hart wouldn’t dare leave the story there…would she?

What could be worse than waking up in Vegas with the mother of all hangovers? Realizing that you are married to your boss, who is also your ex brother-in-law. That's the situation Miranda wakes up to. Drake is sexy and so in control; of his corporation and his relationships, but will he keep that control with Miranda?
I think this story started off great and was full of jokes. The characters were incredibly live and realistic and I think that is one of the most important things about a good book. It needs to sound real. The one thing that I thought was a little overdone was the overindulgence of Miranda with alcohol. At first I felt that she had to be drunk to want Drake sexually, but it soon became evident that wasn't the case. I appreciated Miranda's character and I was glad she was a strong woman, especially if she had to deal with Drake. If you like strong, successful women then Miranda is the character for you. The fact that Drake and Miranda had inner issues (Drake: control and Miranda: being engaged three separate times). Their issues don't overpower the story they make it stronger as well as empower it. I loved this story.

Dominick and his friends were part of a secret society, and though Laura was hesitant and had many questions, the idea of spending more time with Dominick won her over. On the retreat, Laura has more questions about the society than before, but enjoys the people, the getaway and glimpses of Dominick. Laura knows that Dominick hides things from her and she has a hard time figuring him out. But she is drawn to him like no other man and she experiences strange new things and feelings, Laura can’t help but want Dominick.
What will Laura’s reaction be to Dominick’s secret? When the truth is reveal, will Laura still accept and love Dominick for who he is and…who he made her to be?
I enjoyed the premise of DARK SEDUCTION by A.L. Ritchardson. Being a fan of wolves and their changing, I was eager to read this story. Dominick was a puzzle. I could never quite place his habits or his emotions, he was a difficult read. Laura was a strong-willed character, who at times was too lax and accepting of the goings-on around her, but she was looking to discover who she really was.
A few issues though that I had with DARK SEDUCTION was Laura’s leaving the retreat when Tina went missing. This really shocked me and Laura’s acceptance that the others would continue to look for her while she headed on home, was so very unrealistic to me. I found this rather displeasing, knowing that if it was me, I would have stayed until my best friend was found. I was also concerned at how easily Tina and Laura agreed to go away with Dominick and his friends, when they didn’t know them but for a few hours. This was also a troublesome aspect for me since these people were strangers and most people would be more cautious.
Overall though, the intrigue of the secret society and Dominick’s closed emotions concerning Laura, make this an intense and profound read and one that is rather enjoyable.

From the suspense, the intrigue, the highly erotic love scenes to the computer techno-jargon, DRAGON’S HEART is pure enjoyment from start to finish. Ms. Michelle has written a tale that is a one sitting read. Once begun, it is impossible to stop until the last word is read, and then the reader has the urge to read Sydney and Jake’s story all over again immediately. I look forward to the story of Cameron, Jake’s Bounty Hunter brother, who we are given a clue on his coming to town very soon. This is one sequel I won’t be missing!

Book three of the Desires series; this story can also stand-alone. So, even if you have not read PRISONER OF DESIRE or SLAVE OF DESIRE, you will still enjoy this book. However, you’ll be rushing to buy the previous two by the time you are finished with Cantor’s story. I look forward to more enchanting books from this very talented author.

Unused to love or passion, Koie and Maeko learn the art of lovemaking from their very useful androids and find a love together that is unlike anything they have ever felt before. But can they give up all they know to pursue a relationship more different then any mun has ever known?
ILLICIT PROGRAMING is a well-written, original tale with characters real enough to pull you into their world. Koie and Maeko are two distinctively different personalities, with seemingly different hopes and dreams. Yet, when they come together they are a perfect pair. The role that the androids played in this story was particularly interesting, as they became the teachers instead of merely servants. I was left with one unanswered question at the end, but overall, I greatly enjoyed this story.
HEARTS OF STEEL is a fabulous anthology based on one thing, O'Shea's Discount Bot Shoppe. These three awesome authors have taken one store and come up with three uniquely different stories that will thrill fans of the romantic sci-fi genre everywhere.

Gavin MacGregor swimming in a loch scares Hannah when he appears from under the water, causing her to fall in. He pulls her out just in time to find themselves attacked by a feuding clan. There, Gavin's father is killed and Gavin is seriously wounded and unconscious. Hannah hides until there is a break in the fighting then saves him. When he awakens, Hannah has disappeared. She is always in his thoughts but his life moves on.
Unknown to both, Hannah and Gavin are from feuding clans. Years later once again, they come together and sparks fly, and passions are hot. Gavin is a Lord in his own right. Hannah is a spirited lass that draws him in. This story has it all.
I found this book very enjoyable. Ms. Pepio has a flair for building the deception and treachery as well as adventure and love in this plot. I recommend this book highly for all lovers of Scotland and men in kilts.

I love strong female characters and I love Alpha men. The author gave me both in this story and I'm grateful for that. Serena was strong, but not too strong because then why would she be with an Alpha? I loved how the author made the job that Serena had was working with wolves. I thought was a great angle. What better place for a werewolf to work, than with wolves? The sex scenes were habanera hot and at the end of the story she opened up the possibilities for the story of Kearnan's brother, Serena's Alpha and the rest of Kearnan's siblings. I LOVE SHAPESHIFTERS!

Ms. Kelly has written another fantastic medieval story. The slight connection to MAGNUS RAVYNNE AND MISTRESS SWANN, which is another terrific book by Ms. Kelly, is fun and interesting. The couples are a perfect balance. Guy fires Mechele's buried passion and Gilles soothes Linnet's fears of lovemaking. There's plenty of hot, passionate romance in this one. The ending is very beautiful and satisfying. I love it when everyone gets what they deserve-especially the bad guy. This tale of brave knights and their beautiful ladies is highly recommended.

Ms. Blake has done a fabulous job of taking the familiar vampire story and making it her own. Her characters are consistent and wonderfully written. Germaine and Claire have great chemistry together. He is dark and erotically mysterious, while she is a combination of innocence, sadness, and strength that endears her to the reader. Secondary characters add spice to this enchanting tale. Marcus was a personal favorite of mine, and I hope to see him in a future story all his own. This marvelous blend of passion, action, and humor will have you begging for more from this talented author.

Lovers of mystery and romance will enjoy this fabulous story.

Karen Monroe’s SHATTERED is an extremely sensual and steamy tale. Alex and Steve’s passion and spark is instant and exciting. The sex scenes in this book are explicit and highly arousing. Steve and Alex were brought together by fate and the truth is depicted well in this tale of how opposites attract. I enjoyed Steve and Alex’s chemistry and even some of their conversations. However, those conversations, more times than not, lacked any real meaning. Usually any issues between the characters would be resolved in bedroom and not through real communication. This left me feeling a bit put out of the story. I found real emotion, besides desire, to be lacking in both Alex and Steve, but more so with Steve. His assumptions of how his family would view Alex were just excuses to me and I found it in poor taste on Steve’s part.
I hope that Ms. Monroe will write a story for Alex’s friend and fellow stripper, Ameril and Steve’s brother Jake. Jake intrigued me more so than Steve, and I feel there is a connection between Jake and Ameril that is work exploring.
SHATTERED is a tale that should be read though, if a reader is looking for high-octane and explosive sex. Alex and Steve burn up the pages and are at times, though few, to be enjoyable outside of the bedroom. I hope to read Ms. Monroe again soon.

SILVERQUEST is about a King who sustains an injury and sends his adult children on a quest for an object that can heal him. Princess Riva, his daughter, goes into a parallel world and is guided by two men. She faces many trials and tests to see if she is worthy to receive the silver tray she needs for her father. Along the way she falls in love with the two men, (one who is covered in fur!).
SILVERQUEST is well written and holds your interest, making you want to know what happens to the Princess next. I personally did not like the tests she had to endure along the way or the punishments she received to help remind her to make the right choices. Ms. Kingston made her characters real enough that I wanted to jump in and help her out a couple of times! For those who like fantasy and can handle Princess Riva being punished, this would be a good read.

Something about this story didn't strike me as being too appealing, but as I continued to read, my opinion changed. The dreams that Kate had were enough to make me want to meet this "dream lover." I hoped and prayed that she would meet him outside of her dreams and when she did I knew it was over from then on. Thief of Hearts: Stolen is a satisfying short story.

The ending was a pleasant surprise. This is a wonderful book that you don't want to miss.
