ACTING LIKE FAMILY is what is best about romance. It is a mix of mystery, intrigue, and romance. The mystery and evil that surrounds Riker wants to prevent the young family from being together. I enjoyed how Ms. Massa used Riker’s strongly-knit family and how they band together to save Bethany and her children. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Massa.

He lets his staff go, and not with the expected “bah humbug”, but with a “sex humbug” as he hears the banter that they are passing about. Elwright is still grumbling as he lets himself into his cold, lonely apartment and settles in for the night. This story is full of humor and is the perfect read if you want something a little different to get you ready for the Christmas season. In this retelling of an old Christmas favorite, Emy Naso has delivered a hilariously bawdy tale that had me laughing out loud. It may become part of my new holiday tradition each year to start the season with a reading of AN EROTIC CHRISTMAS CAROL.

THE FOURTEEN MILLION DOLLAR POODLE by Nancy Warren

When Vincent Elliot Grange's rich aunt dies, he and other relatives wonder what inheritance their great aunt will leave them. Shocked as can be, Vincent discovers that he inherits his aunt's $14 million dollar poodle. If the poodle dies of natural causes, Vincent inherits the $14 million. If the poodle dies by unnatural causes, the millions are to be divided among many charities. Oddly enough, the poodle, Mimi, seems to like Vincent - who is more into more “manly” dogs. One of Vincent's first problems is that Mimi only speaks French. It is Vincent's good fortune that while walking Mimi one day, he overhears a gorgeous nanny with her charges - and she speaks French. Part sheer desperation, part powerful attraction - Vincent pulls a lot of strings and hires the luscious Sophie Veneau.

While Mimi's care is time-consuming, Sophie and Vincent discover that this is going to be a tough challenge, as they both share a very intense attraction to one another. THE FOURTEEN MILLION DOLLAR POODLE is a delightful novella. In this gem by Warren, there is a hint of suspense, and this creates problems for Vincent - but a homeless Doberman saves the day. This fine cast of characters, two lovers who are perfect for each other, and two dogs that are as different as night and day, make this novella a perfect addition to Brava's Bad Boys series.

By the way, be warned, this tender, yet passionate, romance might make readers look at honey differently forevermore.

THE WORLD IS TOO DARNED BIG by MaryJanice Davidson

Dr. Benjamin Dyson programs super gadgets for some of the top agencies in the world, including the CIA and the Secret Service. He spends a lot of time working in his lab, but is he happy, even though he's a super rich guy? Out of the blue, he's approached by Tara Marx. She asks him to re-create something - a skeleton key card that he inadvertently created for the bad guys. He figures, why create a new card, when he can track the one he made? She thinks he can just tell her how to go about it, but she has another thing coming - as he's ready to get out of the lab and into the field - if only for a short while.

Benjamin feels like he's a surreal extra in an action movie - perhaps a cross between James Bond and Inspector Gadget. It's rather exciting, considering he was bored silly with his work. By the way, who is Tara Marx, and why does she want the card? Well, he's doing his best to find out - and a whole lot more where she's concerned.

Tara's rather surprised. This brainiac has her in deep lust. She thinks he is too sexy for his own good, and very well in shape, considering he spends all of his time in a lab. Well, if you want to find out who Tara is, and who she works for, be sure to read this novella, as you will most certainly love the answer to that question.

On a personal note, as a person who loves gadgets, Benjamin is my hero. It's too bad he wasn't in a longer novel, because his inventions are ingenious - so really, the credit goes to the author - Ms. Davidson - for writing such a smart and sexy hero.

ANYTHING YOU CAN DO... by Karen Kelley

Alex Cannedy meets the beautiful and sexy Kagen at his sister Lisa's wedding. Kagen is Lisa's new husband, Steve's, best friend. Lisa knows Alex doesn't do commitment, and she can tell he has every intention on bedding and leaving Kagen. Not wanting Kagen hurt - as she always gets emotionally involved when she's in a relationship - Lisa makes him promise to back off.

There's a catch, though. Alex and Kagen are about to become roommates while Lisa and Steve are on their honeymoon. Alex is working on a computer program, and is planning on staying at Lisa's place. Lisa doesn't know that Steve hired Kagen to do interior decorating for her as a surprise for when they return. With not too many alternatives, Alex and Kagen figure they can work around each other - and their attraction - without Alex breaking his promise. But, temptation istemptation, and Alex is no saint. Kagen wants Alex, and what Kagen wants, Kagen gets. The thing is, Alex made a promise to Lisa. But with Kagen's blatant attempts at seduction, Alex figures, two can play at that game.

Ms. Kelly writes Alex as a strong man, one with powerful family values, which is something we don't often see in today's world of romance. This sexy novella is a wonderful addition to a great anthology.

All three stories in BAD BOYS WITH EXPENSIVE TOYS are quick, fun reads. Each one is sexy in its own way, and the endings are quite satisfying, even if the stories are brief. I've read each and every one of Kensington Brava's Bad Boys anthologies, and have yet to be disappointed. Kudos for three talented authors creating such entertaining stories.

Perhaps it is just boredom, maybe it is a bit of lust, but whatever the case, Mitchell is a fast thinker, and has a plan - think Pretty Woman. If Jamie agrees to spend the weekend with him, she can have whatever she wants from his safe.

BEGGARMAN, THIEF is a cute, sensual story that is accented by light humor. While it is always great to get a quick read in, these characters are interesting enough to leave the reader wanting more from them. A good example is how entranced Mitchell is with Jamie. Her unusual skin, her blue hair, and her amazing abilities - they all excite him. Jamie figures she'll get a good lay out of the deal, but what happens at the end is a pleasant surprise. Their byplay is terrific too. For a quick read, one that showcases the remarkable talent of Ms. Davidson, be sure to pick up your copy of this delightful read.

There is much to recommend this story; a great premise, romance, action and, of course, plenty of wonderfully sexy scenes between Jack and Megan. Ms. Miller’s writing style, dynamic characters and fantastic ideas helped to make this a fantastic read.

Ms. Acuna pushes boundaries in her created world of Daeksould, where demons can occupy humans and use them as a means to an end, the collection of souls. While definitely an out-of-the-ordinary story, Ms. Acuna’s tale is not for the faint of heart, as the level of depravity increases with each temple Mariel passes through. Throughout this story, Mariel fights her own shame of finding any pleasure in the assaults she is forced to undertake, and the fact that she gains any pleasure from such assaults could be off-putting to some readers. The publisher’s warning about this being a no-holds-barred BDSM erotica is definitely warranted, and readers could find themselves repulsed by some scenes, while being titillated by others. If you like your dominance to the extreme, BELLY OF THE BEAST is a must read.

Although the proud Dimitri is determined to do what is right, Alexandra needs to know she’s loved and that is something this is powerful alpha male doesn’t clearly see.

THE BILLIONAIRE'S PREGNANT MISTRESS is a story filled with angst, sadness, concern, and passion. It is such a truly compelling story that, if you are anything like me, you just might sit and read it from start to finish. This is yet another book by a very talented author that will be going on my keeper shelves.

Blanche is destined to become a spinster, thanks to seven overbearing, overprotective brothers. They know just when to interrupt, even when she’s taking care of her own needs. She’s been the secretary for Seven Brother’s Construction since the tragic accident that took their parents and left her brothers adrift. She’s taken over the role of mother hen that her mother handled so well. She knows that she needs to have a life of her own, but that’s impossible without alienating her brothers, or watching them mangle the men she brings home.

Sparks fly when Payton (PC) Young installs a computer system in her brothers’ construction company. PC just can’t seem to keep Mr. Happy down when Blanche is around. Even the thought of what seven protective brothers could and would do to him doesn’t faze his arousal when he’s around Blanche.

If a severe beating weren’t enough of a deterrent, PC has a crazed ex gunning for any woman that he shows interest in. Reine isn’t just a witch in theory either; she’s a practicing black witch, who has nothing more on her mind than getting Payton back in her life by any means necessary. These two are definitely going to have to work for this relationship.

Blanche’s frustration, surrounded by the seven overbearing males, was absolutely hilarious. Her internal comments will have the reader laughing out loud. PC’s losing battle to control his physical reaction to Blanche is equally funny. When these two come together, well, they fairly scorch the pages. Ms. Forella has written a very funny, sensuous book, loosely based on a favored fairy tale. Let me tell you, this Prince Charming’s wake-up kiss is nowhere near G-rated. I am definitely recommending this book to all my friends. BLANCHE’S DESIRE is a great book that I’m going to read again and again.

Second in Jill Shalvis' series about firefighters, BLUE FLAME does not have the intense firefighting action that readers read in her first single title in her exciting adventure series, WHITE HEAT - yet there is plenty of action, tension and excitement in this installment.

Jake Rawlins is forced to take some time away from something that is a deep part of him - firefighting. He has two very good reasons to leave town for a while. For one thing, in the last fire he fought, he suffered a severe injury that resulted in complete shoulder reconstruction surgery. So, he definitely needs time to heal from that. But leave town? Why? Because in the fire that caused the injury, while saving a teen's life, the teen was also injured, but not nearly as severely as Jake. However, the teen and his mother are suing Jake, the department, and the city. While this will likely blow over in due time, Jake is encouraged to get far away from the reporters who are hounding him. So, Jake needs a place to escape and recuperate, with maybe a little tender loving care along the way. Jake heads to the ranch left to him after his father died - a place where Jake doesn't really fit - the BLUE FLAME.

The guest ranch, out in the middle of Arizona, is a place where people work hard while guests learn about ranching, camping, and roughing it. Jake admits the ranch's location is ideal for his escape and it is in one of the most beautiful areas in Arizona, but it is hardly his style. Maybe while he's recuperating, he can spruce up the place a bit and sell it. He certainly isn't getting rich off of it.

Ranch Manager Callie Anne Hayes is working her butt off at the only place that ever felt like home. Working to increase interest and to find more paying guests; Callie is hoping to be able to save enough money to buy the BLUE FLAME before the son of her old boss sells it. Spring season promises to be very busy and her small, but dedicated staff are working hard right along with her. One of her staff members is Tucker, new owner Jake Rawlins' estranged brother.

Immediately after the one and only Jake Rawlins arrives for an extended stay, Callie must deal with sudden, and most certainly unexpected, sabotage. If that isn't difficult enough to deal with, several years ago, Callie and Jake had a hot one-night stand and her body still suffers quite the reaction when he shows up, exuding an amazing level of sensuality. It is apparent that the sexual tension that exists is wound too tight and will burst soon. If it is indeed possible to hate and lust for someone at the same time - that is what Callie is experiencing.

Jake, in the meantime, wants Callie so badly it hurts. Therefore, BLUE FLAME is filled with tension - between Jake and Callie, Jake and Tucker, and the staff and the new cook, Amy - and is only exacerbated by the apparent sabotage and danger suddenly present to Callie.

Callie and Jake have a connection so acute, that it nearly burns through the pages. So, while Callie's trying to fight her feelings for Jake, he is realizing that he'll never go back to firefighting. The pain in his heart breaks Callie's heart, and the reader will feel the pain as well. This is one of the elements that really makes BLUE FLAME work - Callie's compassion. Despite this sadness, it is very exciting to watch Jake take on new things daily, even though he is still in a lot of pain. There are also enigmatic employees, some with deep-rooted problems, but with Callie's special touch, she's made them all a family. Yet the mystery remains - who's sabotaging the BLUE FLAME?

BLUE FLAME is an adventurous book in a very different way, but an adventure nonetheless. Part of the adventure is the various groups that are paying guests at the BLUE FLAME and the activities planned for them, while Jake struggles to fit in. The other part of this being an adventure, is trying to discover who is trying to hurt the ranch, including Callie.

Ms. Shalvis has written her characters remarkably well and watching them evolve draws the reader right into the story. The reader feels the pain, the joys, and the sadness of all the characters - not just Jake and Callie, but also the other members of the staff, and the troubles they are facing. This character-driven book still has a very strong plot and is an engaging read from beginning to end. I am very eager for the next book in this exciting series, as I'm positive Ms. Shalvis will continue to create compelling characters in a story that deeply hits the heart of the reader.

Cathy Sullivan is headed off for a day of relaxation and fun after her friend arranges for her to enjoy some time at an exclusive bordello. Cathy has reservations, but her friend won't take no for an answer and is making it her treat. As she settles into the Gaelic Room that her friend ordered up, Cathy answers the door to greet her hunk for the day; and he's wearing nothing but a kilt.

Ian has never done this before, but is pleased when the door opens to reveal Cathy, thinking that his initiation into anonymous sex at the bordello won't be that bad. After an initial period of not quite knowing what to do, both jump into the moment with abandon. Things are going well when Ian lets it slip that his reasons for being at the bordello aren't exactly just as an employee, but is unable to say anything more. Cathy is ready to call the whole thing off, but Ian convinces her to stay with him for the day. She is sorely tempted to use her position as a police officer to find out who he really is, but she wants to keep her anonymity.

While it was a short read, COP AND A KILT was quite enjoyable. It is well written and the characters are interesting. The setup for the story was also an appealing premise and added an extra zing to the scenes between Cathy and Ian.

A bump on the head has Sophie Addison, successful attorney, believing that she's "Sunny the showgirl", her best friend since kindergarten. The only reason Sophie is in Tranquility, Texas, is to sell Sunny's saloon for her in order for Sunny to pay off a loan shark – Cement Sam. Sunny made a bet on a horse and is hiding out until Sophie sells the saloon and pays Sam off.

Gray McBride, now that he's running for mayor, decides he must live the straight and narrow, including dating more serious, business-like woman. But, there's a new blond in town wearing spandex and Gray can't take his eyes off of her. He keeps telling himself no, but his body says differently.

As Sophie is unaware that the gas pumps in the small town don’t automatically shut off when the tank is full, gasoline runs over and a quick spark creates a sudden explosion. Good thing Gray was there, because he tackled the woman and kept her from going up with the gas station, including her car, with all her personal belongings and identification. However, when she wakes up, she has amnesia. Being the small town that it is, Gray assumes that since she is a stranger, she must be the Reno showgirl in town to sell her Aunt’s house. This is terrific, as Gray hopes that selling the Saloon, the Smokehouse, and expanding the town’s small fire station, will vastly improve his chances for being voted mayor.

Gray has more than political aspirations in mind – his brother Dillon is running the family ranch single-handedly and won’t trust Gray with any responsibilities – something Gray wants desperately. If he is voted Mayor, he’s hoping Dillon will see that his fun days of the past are over and that he is willing and able to take on more duties.

When Sophie/Sunny takes a look at the Smokehouse and meets the towns’ residents, she doesn’t have the heart to sell it. So, she begins to fix it up, thinking of ways to save the saloon and find a way for a bigger firehouse to be built. Funny thing, though, Sophie/Sunny can’t dance one single step. Another funny thing – Sophie knows a lot about the law – so she assumes she must read the Reader’s Digest in her spare time. Her “Reader’s Digest” knowledge allows her to come up ways to raise capital and get the saloon operative and bringing in a decent income.

Gray’s not happy – he sees his political career going up in smoke, just like the gas station. In the meantime, he finds Sunny (as he has no idea she’s really Sophie) utterly irresistible, and they begin a clandestine, but explosive and passionate affair.

While reading A COWBOY AND A KISS, it felt much like a coming-home story, filled with a sense of warmth, with all of the camaraderie happening, especially since all the supporting characters are amazing together. Sophie/Sunny’s kind and generous nature are terrific. In the meantime, off and on, odd things began to happen. What’s going on is the goons after Sunny have found Sophie, yet they don’t know Sophie is Sunny, so they keep leaving hints and threats that make absolutely no sense to Sophie/Sunny. Also, I loved the part when the “real” Sunny shows up in Tranquility. Ms. Castell did a terrific job peppering this story with humor, especially with a couple of incidents regarding Gray’s toddler twin nephews. It’s no wonder that this exceptional book received Top Pick in the RT BOOKclub magazine. The accolade is truly well worth it.

THE DARKEST HOUR is an interesting story, full of stereotypical characters whose interactions make them unique. One might be distracted by the sequence of events, but this was somewhat resolved with flashback chapters. THE DARKEST HOUR is full of lyrical language and is an interesting read, with the reader never knowing what’s going to happen next.

What would you do faced with the knowledge that you were the key to the survival of a race? How would you handle knowing that you don’t have a choice in the matter? Could you mate repeatedly with other individuals in the pursuit of progeny? These are the questions Nadenka is faced with!

Seeltics are the most renowned nonviolent species in the universe. Each year, thousands of Seeltics die because they are passives, so the Seeltic doctors sought to merge their genes with those of the Kroaglys, an upright reptilian species renowned for its defensive aggressiveness—the end result being a hybrid Seeltic-Kroaglys named Nadenka.

Dr. Darwin Glaze, a Humin Xeno-Anthropologist from Sirius Five, is on Brondite searching for a new species when he comes across Nadenka. She’s unlike anyone he’s ever met, and he finds himself instantly attracted to her, as she appears to be toward him. All too soon, Darwin recognizes he’s gotten himself into an untenable situation when Nadenka knocks him over, bites him, paralyzing him, and then proceeds to have sex with him.

Shortly thereafter, Darwin finds out that Nadenka is the result of a lab experiment. She’s forced to mate with Seeltic males in hopes of producing a child. If she doesn’t produce a child within the year, she will die, and so far, each of her eggs has died. Adding to the Humin laws prohibiting inter-species sex is the overwhelming hunger Nadenka must act on or she becomes extremely violent. Now she has her sight set on Darwin, and the sinister Dr. Rus isn’t pleased.

How will Darwin handle mating with a hybrid female that bites him, causing temporary paralysis, so she can have intercourse with him? Why have none of Nadenka’s eggs survived until birth? What will Nadenka do when she finds out she must reproduce before the year is out or die?

Elayne S. Venton’s DARWIN’S THEORY is one for the books. You have to empathize with the plight of Nadenka while you root for a happy, realistic ending. Fortunately for Nadenka, she meets her match in Darwin. He’s intelligent, persistent, and caring, yet still able to return for seconds when it comes to potential mating violence. Nadenka’s dislike and distrust of Dr. Rus raises questions in the reader as to why she doesn’t trust the good Doctor. When the reader finally finds out the truth about Dr. Rus, they’ll have a ringside seat as he gets what’s coming to him. Even then, many readers will be left with a foul taste in their mouth, because he truly is a monster. Ms. Venton does a wonderful job of drawing the reader into the story, holding their interest, and then answering all their questions. I’d have to say, if you’re looking for an interesting sci-fi erotic romance, then DARWIN’S THEORY is probably the book for you.

Maddie is at loose ends after her divorce. It's not so much that she misses her worthless ex Albert. She misses the sharing, ten years of the same routine. She doesn't know how to be single anymore, and fears ending up alone with a mass of cats. Her wacko divorce therapist is of no help whatsoever. The emotional journal that he suggests she keep is a little worse for the wear, as it gets slammed at every opportunity.

Maddie's best friend talks her into going to a conference, to get away from her mundane apartment for a few hours. When Maddie grudgingly agrees, she doesn't know at the time that she's going to meet her future post-divorce lover. And he's wearing a rabbit costume, no less.

Cole has a hard time convincing Maddie to meet him, after her somewhat peculiar first impression. With a tiny bit of deception on his part he is able to maneuver around Maddie's natural inhibitions and give her the wildest ride of her life. Of course, when Maddie had been dating pre-marriage, girls who sweated and screamed with guys they had just met were considered...well, sleazy.

Cole is going to have his work cut out for him. He has to convince Maddie that she is by no means a wanton - that she is an incredibly sexy woman, and that he can't keep his mind off of her. How is he supposed to convince this beautiful, crazy woman who is learning to love her unrestrained freedom that they are better together than apart?

MAYHEM AND MADDIE is a very delightful roll in the hay. Her divorcee's support program group will have you rolling. The tequila induced karaoke had me holding my sides, I was laughing so hard. Maddie is an everyday woman who found herself in an all too common dilemma - life after divorce. While there is no 12-step program to rid yourself of your feeling for an ex, and therapeutic basket-weaving is definitely not part of her support program, Maddie finds friends amongst this quirky group of divorcees. THE EX FILES: MAYHEM AND MADDIE is definitely an entertaining read. Once again Ms. Cassidy has left us panting and laughing and wanting more, no mean feat for readers who have seen it all.

Nicole is an amateur artist who enjoys sketching the animals at the zoo on her lunch hour. One day, she arrives especially excited because there is a new black leopard she wishes to sketch. However, upon arriving before the enclosure of the black leopard, Nicole is overcome with feelings of feverish heat. Feeling ill, she sits down on a bench, where she meets Vitali Karensky.

Vitali is tall, with black hair, beautiful emerald green eyes, rimmed with gold flecks, wide shoulders, and slim hips. He also happens to be the black leopard’s animal keeper. When he meets Nicole, he is instantly attracted to her and has plans of his own for her. As she is leaving to return to work, he commands her to come back to the zoo after closing to complete her sketch of the leopard. Of course, he has ulterior motives.

Now Nicole, although only twenty-two, has a good head on her shoulders. She’s grown up depending on herself, and she’s quite capable of looking after herself. However, Vitali sets her nerves on edge and makes her feel restless. When she’s near him, the strange heat intensifies, and her sexual need of him is stronger than anything she’s ever experienced. Consequently, she gives in to her sexual needs, and with one night of dark passion, life as Nicole knows it is shattered forever.

With EYES OF THE LEOPARD: DISCOVERY, Isabella Jordan starts readers on a journey into the paranormal that is guaranteed to shake them up. Ms. Jordan does an awesome job of portraying how a person—in this case Nicole—felt when she learned a horrifying secret about herself. I’m sure many readers would agree with me when I say that Nicole acted very realistically when she found out. I wish the character of Nicole could have been further developed, but I understand that the length of the book didn’t allow for it. Perhaps her character will be explored in greater detail in an upcoming book. I’m looking forward to Ilia’s story and hope to see a happy ending for Nadia. I do have to mention that this was my first experience with two men having sex with a woman at the same time, and it was something of a shock. However, it was definitely hot, and it was definitely worth reading.

If you’re looking for something a little unusual and on the erotic side, then Isabella Jordan’s EYES OF THE LEOPARD: DISCOVERY is the book for you.

FIGHTING FIRE opens with a prologue that suggests that the main character is in a heap of trouble. Someone is watching Carmen as she works herself to a frazzle to re-open her uncle's dance hall, The Lucky Hart. Divorced, and ready to start over, Carmen is sinking her last dollar and her last ounces of energy in bringing the business back to life.

Brent Sommers is just as captivating now as he was in Carmen's early years. But as the fire marshal, he will either allow Carmen to open on time, or deny her the permit she needs to welcome customers and the profits they'll bring, Carmen's future rests in his hands. Although she isn't quite ready to begin a new relationship, Brent and Carmen soon fall into each other's arms, literally and emotionally. Naturally, several obstacles lie in the path to true love, so Carmen and Brent must run the course set before them.

FIGHTING FIRE belongs to a developing sub-genre of romance fiction, that of a heroine who has been married to a jerk and deserves a better relationship for round two. Carmen has suffered, and the engaged reader is rooting for her to climb out of underdog status and find the happiness that each of us wants in our lives.

Brooks is a talented writer who wastes no time in building plot and character. Her romantic scenes are erotic and exciting. Although FIGHTING FIRE is a bit short in the word count, the reader experiences a pleasant blend of feisty heroine, strong, yet vulnerable male lead, and a malevolent villain who keeps the suspense tight. Marshmallows are optional.

FOR THE LOVE OF CALLIE is a wonderful book. I could not put it down. Maggie Casper will have you enthralled from the first word. Mica is your typical alpha male not wanting to be controlled by his emotions or any woman. Callie is a very independent woman who likes taking care of herself. When the two opposing forces meet, their passion and love for one another is unstoppable. Ms. Casper’s use of secondary characters is terrific. Each character has a history that you are dying to know.

Harlequin has re-released a couple Temptations during the month of November – referring to them as "All-Time Favorites". One of them is Janelle Denison's FORBIDDEN. When this book was written back in 1999 (HT-732), it was during a year when Harlequin was celebrating fifty years of romance! If you are a book collector like me, since this former Temptation Blaze now has a sexy new cover, I was happy to add it to my collection.

Homicide detective Josh Marchiano has had to fight lustful feelings for his partner's wife, Paige Montgomery, for years. Now, not only is Paige a widow, she is also the target of a madman. During her three-year marriage to his former best friend, Anthony, Paige was often ignored and neglected. Josh stepped in as her friend to offer her much-needed support. However, over time, the feelings continued way past those of friendship - and his heart became involved. Yet, Josh remained just a friend to Paige and never revealed his heartfelt desires.

Paige had dealt with and fought off the awareness, the sexual connection, to Josh. But just a glance is all it takes to spike the sexual tension that arcs between them. Any woman expects to grieve when losing a spouse, but she was so unconnected to Anthony and suffered great loneliness while married to him, that she's now dealing with conflicting emotions.

To cope with her loneliness, Paige opened a boutique called The Wild Rose. Just as her life seems to be getting back to normal, suddenly she's facing a very grim and far too-serious Josh. What they each felt for each other before was FORBIDDEN. What about now - when they are about to spend a lot of time together? What will Josh's reaction be when he finds out Paige had filed for a divorce just before Anthony's death?

Josh and Paige’s relationship evolves and explodes with an intense level of emotion. What's worse is that Josh tells her straight out - "Your life is at risk.” This is because of Anthony’s illegal activities before his death, and due to a very valuable item he stole and the fact that its location is unknown – which means that a very dangerous criminal is now after her. The police department has a plan in motion to flush out the dangerous criminal, but their plan won't work without her full cooperation - which includes Josh's 24-hour protection.

Despite Josh's presence, Paige is planning a new future because being married to a cop is something she'll never do again. Oh, how my heart breaks for Josh in FORBIDDEN! He desperately wants to be a part of her future, yet he understands that she would never want to be a cop’s wife again.

Does Josh have the power to replace her devastating memories with warm, pleasant, happy, and long-lasting ones? As I’ve already stated, it is heartbreaking to see Josh in this position of no longer being FORBIDDEN to express his passion for Paige, but without the power to give her the future she so deserves. Ms. Denison wrote Paige’s character remarkably well, as Paige is cut deep with emotional scars. FORBIDDEN is a book that displays passion, desperation, hopelessness, and intrigue – resulting in a very well mixed blend, make this an absorbing read that is very difficult to put down.

FORBIDDEN is a book that showcases amazing passion! It’s no wonder that the very talented Ms. Denison has also become a single title author, able to write even spicier stories. It’s nice to go back and re-read an author’s earlier work, especially when the author displays a talent that has continued to grow throughout the years. My next planned reads by this fantastic author? The MEN AT WORK anthology, published by Berkley, with two other exceptional authors. Her earlier 1999 Harlequin Temptation (HT-759), CHRISTMAS FANTASY, is as part of an anthology entitled CHRISTMAS PARTY, available from Harlequin Books.

LOVE’S TENDER FURY by MaryJanice Davidson

Marnie Hammer, AKA Jessica LaFleur, hates her celebrity author status. She wants to write something that has real meaning. No one seems to understand how she feels. On top of that, the man she has always loved and wanted is in love with another man. Tony Freeborg desperately wants to become a literary agent. He wishes he could get a client like Jessica LaFleur and a woman like Marnie. The more time the two spend together, the more their mutual attraction grows. As Marnie and Tony each reach for their dreams, will they also reach out for one another?

This story is an excellent example of love finding you when you least expect it. Marnie is hurting over her career and love interest and is slow to realize the gem she has in Tony. Tony on the other hand, sees how special Marnie is. Ms. Davidson has a wonderful writing style and use of dialogue. LOVE’S TENDER FURY is a heartwarming story.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR by Joanna Wylde

Sandra was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. If she had only left 5 minutes earlier, she would not be in this fix. Sean never intended to kidnap Sandra. But she was a witness to his crime and he could not leave any witnesses. He takes Sandra to an isolated spot until he can figure out what to do with her. Sandra begins to fall in love with Sean, but does not trust her feelings. Sean cannot be the man he appears to be, when he has done so much to protect and take care of her.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR is the perfect blend of mystery, intrigue, and romance. Two people, who would never have meet, are thrown together when one is in the wrong place and the other is out for revenge. Ms. Wylde keeps you on the edge of your seat as Sandra and Sean navigate the rocky road to love.

THREADS OF FAITH by Joey W. Hill

Marisa hid herself away from the world. The world had only caused her pain. Conlon entered her life and she begins to wonder if she should venture out of her safety zone. Conlon has come to get a potion to make a woman fall in love with him. Marisa cannot believe that he would need a potion to make a woman fall in love with him – Conlon is a gorgeous, caring man, what woman would not want him. Conlon makes Marisa want things she never thought were possible.

Joey W. Hill has created an amazing tale of love overcoming all obstacles. Marisa is afraid of love and Conlon embraces it. The two characters are able to touch each other profoundly, as they grow from the love they feel for one another.

FORGOTTEN WISHES is a wonderful anthology. In each story, the heroine finds the love she wants and needs in her life when she least expects it. Each heroine also realizes the power and strength that is within her when she embraces love.

Quartz is one of the most desired women in the galaxy because she works as a stripper for one of the most successful business of its kind, Galaxy Playmates. She is a woman with a strong libido and she has many lovers because she knows just one man won't satisfy her need for variety.

Thor has been chosen as Quartz's new bodyguard since her last one was fired. He has been in love with Quartz for a long time, but is content to let her have her fun and play her games of seduction. Thor wants to prove to her that he can be the only man she needs, if only she will let him.

The second of Ms. Pillow's Galaxy Playmates series, QUARTZ is an entertaining and highly erotic short story. Quartz adores her station as one of the galaxies' hottest women and uses her status to have any man she wants. I found myself not liking this heroine as much because of her selfish attitude, but she met her match in Thor and that led to some very interesting sex play between them. Thor has very special abilities that make him Quartz's perfect mate.

GALAXY PLAYMATES: QUARTZ is a great read for anyone looking for a quick futuristic erotic story. All of the stories stand alone, but are more fun enjoyed as a series. Michelle Pillow continues to wow me with her creativity and imagination and I can't wait for the next playmate, Diamond.

Dr. Miranda Carpenter, professor of sexual education at the University of Southern Florida, has just been nominated for the Most Virtuous Woman on Campus award - by The Campus Institute for Safe Sex. One of her colleagues, Dr. Noah Yeager, seconded the nomination, and her interfering, but well-meaning sister is the one who nominated her.

Noah is very drawn to the beautiful, vivacious, yet seemingly untouchable Miranda. He didn't think his nomination letter would produce such results. He's hoping to do damage control, as he knows she supports C.I.S.S., but he worries how she feels about the nomination.

Noah has experienced two very bad relationships, so he's now a man of no commitments, a man who'd like to try Miranda on for size. When the nominations came up, he hoped to capitalize on the situation to get closer to her.

Even though contest is for a good cause, Miranda's not sure whether she should be flattered or insulted. Besides, she kind of likes Noah. She's a bit mortified, especially since she's offered a challenge during the contest - temptation - temptation in the form of Noah Yeager. Since one of the things she teaches is abstinence - and because of the award in which she's been labeled "practically a virgin", she takes the challenge of being tempted by the sexiest man she's ever met. She hopes he has no idea how she really feels about him, as she is quite looking forward to what is staring her right in the face - especially since Noah challenged her in front of her students.

One date with Noah and Miranda realizes that being with Noah will make up for a lifetime of disappointment. Yet, it is secrets and baggage that are keeping Noah and Miranda apart. Miranda's secret is much like Noah's - the overwhelming sexual fantasies. Noah is the one with baggage - two failed relationships have made him commitment-phobic. So, he dates often, always refusing any romantic entanglements. While he feels a measure of responsibility with Miranda being in the contest, he can already sense the powerful emotional draw with her. But he doesn't want to hurt her - yet staying away from her proves to be just too much of a challenge.

It's quite interesting to see Noah's changes and perceptions as time goes on. Miranda will delight the readers when she reveals "...good girls do. And they 'do' very well." That quote is certainly so well delivered that I had no choice but to include it in Ms. Leto's review.

GOOD GIRLS DO is written with amazing intuitiveness and tenderness. Watching both characters evolve is definitely a very enriching experience. If you missed this book when it was originally released previously - no worries, as it is now available wherever books are sold, and also online. Be sure to celebrate with one of Harlequin Temptation's All-Time Favorites, as GOOD GIRLS DOGOOD GIRLS DO, originally published in 2000, most certainly qualifies.

Ever since he saved a Gypsy baby one night long ago, Sebastian has never been able to forget it and the prophecy surrounding the child. After thirty years of searching, he finally finds her, in fact, she’s his neighbor. Gitana is a beautiful, full-grown woman, making her living as a Herbologist. At the same time, she’s trying to forget about her recently ended marriage to a werewolf. A werewolf who, in fact, doesn’t want to let go. It is now Sebastian’s job to help save Gitana from the council who wish to stop the prophecy from being fulfilled.

I loved this story from the synopsis and all the way through reading it. I think the fact that Gitana was already aware of the supernatural world allowed the author to cut through pages of explanations and introductions. If she hadn’t been aware of the other world, I think I would’ve lost interest very fast. Gitana’s character is the epitome of what you think a Gypsy should be - beautiful with raven-colored hair and skilled in the “arts.” I thought it was interesting that the grandmother was trying to force her werewolf ex-husband on her.

Although, the story’s plot seems simple, it isn’t. The author did a good job of explaining this prophecy that so many feared would come to pass. Although, I had it in my mind that Gitana would remain human throughout the story, I managed to get past it and realized how pivotal it is to the stories success that she become supernatural. I don’t know if there’s going to be a sequel to Gitana and Sebastian’s story or if their tale will be explained in another person’s story. Either way I can’t wait to read what becomes of this unlikely couple.

The only thing that stands in Kat's way is Hades, a rival treasure hunter, in search of the same artifact.

Hades and Kat have been rivals for a long while. He is strong, handsome, uber-sexy and all male and he is the kind of man that Kat doesn't want to get involved with. However, they must work together to survive the Wastelands and score the biggest payoff either has ever had.

WOW! Vivi Anna's HELL KAT is an excellent story!! It has a kick-ass heroine in Kat, a hunky, wise-cracking man in Hades, and hold-on-to-your-seat action. I was so involved with the story and the characters that I was up reading into the wee hours of the night because I could not walk away from the book. This is definitely one of the best action-adventure romances I have ever read.

These two are perfect for each other in every way, they are each other's perfect complement and while there isn't a lot of sexual interaction between Kat and Hades, what love scenes they have together are highly erotic and extremely arousing.

I am officially proclaiming to everyone I meet that enjoys science fiction, futuristic romance to read Vivi Anna's HELL KAT. I am desperately hoping that due to this books open-ended conclusion, there will be more stories of Hell Kat and Hades. (Please Ms. Anna, write more about Kat and Hades, please!)

Caydon Minelli approaches Jade as a handyman there to work on her yacht in order to carry out his plan of kidnapping and seducing her. Jade can hardly believe that any man would want her, especially this rock hard and well endowed hunk. She surprises herself by going with the flow and letting this handsome stranger help fulfill all of her secret desires.

Jan Springer’s story is a titillating read, with plenty of great elements to recommend it, the characters, the premise, and incredibly sexy scenes between Jade and Caydon.

Katherine Kingston has delivered a wonderful concluding story to this anthology, with plenty of heat for her readers. Lindsey and Greg’s exploration into their fantasies was very well written and tastefully done.

HOLIDAY HEAT does a great job of delivering plenty of variety for readers; as each author adds her own exciting touches to each story. The way in which the authors link their stories together is very well done and make this anthology a great read.

In HOOK, WINE & TINKER, Mardi Ballou does a wonderful job of describing the frustrations of Gwyn and Dominic, and the fulfillment of their sexual desires. Gwyn is a believable character as is Peter; Ms. Ballou did well in portraying Peter as an overgrown boy, right down to his Batman underwear. Dominic, on the other hand, is almost too good to be true; rich, handsome and interested in his partner’s pleasure almost to the exclusion of his own, and that is what made this story so interesting. The scenes between Gwyn and Dominic are sensual and will give the reader plenty of ideas to incorporate into their own personal fantasies.

The story isn’t just about the mating fever either. It has undercurrents of betrayal and power, two topics that make for great books. Good job!

Ian MacInnes is fortunate enough to be sitting at the next table when Jane and Lacey discuss the plan. He decides since he’s seen Jane and finds her very attractive to show up at the bar at the same time. He’s a former military intelligence officer, and very fit. And the very idea of dominating this gorgeous brunette is arousing.

When they meet face to face, Jane is very interested, and agrees to a one night stand. But Ian wants much more from her than one night. He has to figure out how to keep her forever. The relationship is spicy and hot from the very beginning, and Hannah Murray knows her subject well. The difficulty Jane has in going from being a totally dominating person to accepting Ian’s control of her is delineated clearly, and her emotional reactions are realistic. She wonders if Ian is playing a game, or if he truly is an alpha male. Ian is more than happy to show her just how alpha he is.

I enjoyed this novel, and can recommend it to others. However, some scenes could be disturbing to sensitive readers. This author focuses on the interpersonal relationship between the two, and her understanding of the complex dynamics of domination and submission make this novel an exciting fantasy. I will look forward to more books from Hannah Murray, and hope she continues writing in this genre.

One of the greatest thing about romances that gift readers with a “happily ever after” is watching the author skillfully allowing the characters to change their priorities. Needless to say, KILLER COWBOY CHARM is a delightfully appealing read, as is always the case with Ms. Thompson’s books.

Next on tap for me for this author? THE NERD WHO LOVED ME and . I’ve been trying to get these books read for months and I can’t wait much longer, as I’m sure these books, published by St. Martin, will be just as charming as every other book that I’ve read by Ms. Thompson. Okay – I’ll read them soon, because a third NERD book will be out in February – NERD GONE WILD. No doubt, this series will be fun and engaging. While I’m discussing what I want to read, I’d love to read a current reprint – ‘TIS THE SEASON – available now – but originally a Harlequin Temptation from 1989 (HT-278). That saying – Too Many Books, Too Little Time – well, even if I’m misquoting it – that certainly is the case with me.

Christopher Marlowe is a vampire, but prefers to be called a revenant. He needs something from an American coming to claim property in England. Dixie LePage's aunts died and left her their home. All Christopher wants is the aunts' collection of old books. While this should be simple, it isn't. First of all, there is something more than old books in the house, and Dixie faces danger almost as soon as she sets foot on English soil. Secondly, Christopher senses something strongly about Dixie, and has a reaction to her like he's never had with another woman. It seems as if she bogarts her way into Christopher's mind.

This is the third vampire novel I've read by Ms. Laurey, and her vampires are very unique. Though I’ve read this scenario in other vampire stories, I love how they need an invitation in order to enter someone's dwelling. So, without an invitation from Dixie, those old books might never make it into Christopher's hands. These books are all paranormal books, eventually Dixie agrees to get them appraised, and he offers to pay whatever the appraisal price is.

Not only is Christopher a revenant, undead for over 400 years, and Dixie is soon to learn that fact, but there is also a coven of witches out to hurt Dixie. Fortunately, the coven isn't very strong, as they are below their requisite number. Hopefully, Christopher can keep Dixie safe - or will it be the other way around - before the coven is strong enough to do the damage they intend.

KISS ME FOREVER is a wonderful book, and it is a great time for a reprint, too! Vampire books are very successful, but in this case, these particular titles are absolutely amazing. Christopher is very “old world”, and his principles are astounding, and his history even more so. Dixie is amazing as well. She has a level of compassion and a strong spirit – both of which make her the perfect mate for Christopher.

LOVE ME FOREVER

Dr. Justin Corvus is a master vampire - even older than Christopher from the previous story. Perhaps it is seeing one of his closest friends find a mate, and true, solid love that makes Justin wonder about his life, his future. Well, Justin meets Stella Schwartz - single mother. If this is a love story, then how in the world will this age-old vampire find a soul mate in a woman who is a mother? If you were intrigued and captivated by Christopher and Dixie's story in KISS ME FOREVER, hold onto your seats - because Ms. Laurey writes another amazing story in the second book of this two-in-one special by Zebra Books.

Currently, Christopher and Dixie now reside in Ohio, and Justin arrives in the States on business. While there, he spends time with his dear friend, Christopher. Dixie runs a unique bookstore, called the Vampire Emporium, and it is there that Justin meets the woman who will change his life forever - Stella Schwartz.

Justin knows he can never have this wonderful, special woman, but he can hardly resist her. Without being able to resist himself, he puts a full glamour over Stella, just to have at least one taste. LOVE ME FOREVER delivers a fantastic character in Justin and we see how he is the epitome of loyalty, faithfulness and protectiveness. I've read a lot of vampire romances before, but never with a human having a child. Ms. Laurey does a superb job of allowing Justin and Stella's relationship to blossom, while they prepare for the challenges that they will face years ahead.

KISS ME FOREVER and LOVE ME FOREVER are two astounding books, and we, the readers, are blessed with their reprints, as these reads by Ms. Laurey are far too good to pass up. Ms. Laurey writes fantastic, multi-dimensional characters - especially Dixie and Stella. They have real problems, and real opinions, and are never, ever pushovers for the powerful alpha men that come into their lives. There are a couple other intriguing characters, especially, Tom, that I'd love to see get a story.

If you are a lover of supernatural, paranormal, or vampire romance, then this duet is one for you. This USA Today bestseller is at a great price - run, don't walk, to grab your copy.

However, that shouldn’t scare off romance lovers, because Ms. Heathcotte weaves the lives of her well-drawn characters together into an intricate, captivating story. LAINN’S DESTINY is compelling, beautifully written, and full of emotion—an excellent read!

If you plan on picking up LAINN’S DESTINY, you should definitely read ALISON’S LEGACY first. It gives you vital information about past lives the characters have lived and how these past lives pertain to their present ones. And besides that, it’s another wonderful story by Ms. Heathcotte.

How savage and animalistic they really are. Good read!

I read the Ms. Anthony’s first novel, SWEPT OFF HER FEET, and I enjoyed it immensely. I’ve been anticipating the test of wills that is D’ari and Dohsan. I knew something was up between the two when all they would do when thrown together was argue. Absolute fireworks. D’ari reminded me of Dev in his alpha ways, but he seemed to be so much more accepting. Even though his character was an alpha male he still accepted some of Dohsan’s ways. He accepted that she was the better swordsmen, but at the same time this acceptance didn’t lessen his credibility as a strong alpha male who could protect his mate. I was happy and excited to see the return of Nnora’s special lotion and how lava hot it made the sex scenes. I had to break out the mini-fan when Dohsan gave D’ari his punishment. I love it when a woman takes what she deems as hers.

The sexual chemistry between the two is explosive. Sometimes A LITTLE HARMLESS SEX between friends can lead to a deeper relationship. Maxwell and Anna are fun, sexy, and loving—all the things a great couple should be.

Not your typical love story, but well worth the read.

While Professor Drew Bennett is thrilled with the idea to promote his book, he had no idea that the book promotion would lead to a reality TV show, and that ultimately, he is the prize.

All the women, including a woman whom Drew’s more than drawn to, racecar driver Tori Lyons, are sworn to secrecy about the ultimate goal of the show. The premise for the show is to take a bunch of ladies and improve their social and literary skills. Tori is only doing the show because she promised her dad to improve on her education and MAKE ME OVER offers her the perfect chance to make the changes in life she truly wants. But, falling for Drew was not part of the plan.

Ms. Bangs brings a lot of humor to this fantasy story when it comes to Con wondering if he’s lost his mind.

He is the perfect eye candy – if only he could keep his vulgar mouth shut.

Positive her new house is haunted, Ken doesn’t seem as terrifying as she first thought. Should she be scared of the ghost, whom she discovers is named Jack? Well, maybe not, as he turns out to be quite the helpful ghost. In the meantime, here’s the question: is Ken going to be able to seduce Cathy? Ms. Davidson writes a humorous story where unusual circumstances work together to give Cathy and Ken a chance, even with best friend Nikki and Jack the ghost around.

The MEN AT WORK anthology is a delightful read. Each story is nice and short, great for reading between chores or other duties. Each novella, where each hero is a hard-working man – carpenter, painter and handyman - has terrific characters and a good share of sex, with each couple finding a satisfying connection. I look forward to reading more anthologies by this publisher, and of course, as well as the talented authors that wrote such great novellas.

Tessa Hanson could not believe that this naked gorgeous man was in her closet. She also could not believe the story that he was telling her. This man actually believed that he was some type of monster. The only thing that Tessa knew for certain was that Mangus was turning her on and she seemed to be having the same affect on him. Tessa did not care if he was a monster; she only wanted him in her bed on top of her.

Mangus knows he is in trouble. Not only is the beautiful woman standing before him not frightened of him, but she seems to be having very sexual thoughts about him. Tessa is more interested in getting him in her bed than she is in believing what he is telling her. Another problem is that he most definitely would like to be in her bed.

This is a very cute book. MONSTER IN THE CLOSET is a funny tale of what happens when a woman finds a monster in her closet. The charming banter between Mangus and Tessa carry this story. Neither is looking for a relationship but seem to find themselves there anyway. While a cute story, this story is not the author’s usual caliber. This story is readable but definitely not a keeper.

Undercover detectives Russ Evans and Jerry Anders current fraud case isn’t going too well. Their perpetrator, Trevor Dean, seems always one step ahead of the game. Just when they thought they had him, he cleared out of the last place he was staying. Fortunately, they found a scribbled note, simply stating: ”Laurel, Wednesday, 7 @ Starbucks, 117th”. The only woman in the coffee shop, who appears to be alone at that time, doesn’t fit the profile of the women Dean usually goes after – plain, mousy women. Dean cons them, beds them, and steals their money. After a while, when it appears Dean isn’t going to show, Russ heads inside. Shocked as can be, the woman, Laurel Wilkins, apparently recognizes Russ. Whoa! How can that be? While speaking to him, Laurel instructs Russ to face her while he’s speaking, as she’s deaf.

As to why she recognizes Russ, he happened to go to school with a good friend of Laurel’s, named Michelle. So, after Laurel told her ”Russ Evans had been emailing her and wanted to meet her, Michelle sent Laurel a copy of Russ’s high school picture. What’s happening is that Trevor Dean has been using other people’s IDs to get close to women and he happened to pick Russ’s ID. Once she discovers the ruse and finds that Russ is a cop, Laurel trusts him. Yet, Laurel is devastated – not so much that she was fooled, but because she finally had a man’s attention. Quite frankly, Laurel wants to get laid, and since it appears the real Russ is on the scene and not the smarmy Dean, then it only makes sense that he sleep with her.

Russ is a smart man. He makes sure Laurel gets home safely, asking her to contact him if Dean makes any further contact with her, completely dismissing the idea of having sex with her. But, the thing is, he can’t get the thought of her wanting to sleep with him out of his mind. He is hot for her – she is all that is sweet, tender, vulnerable and beautiful. After days of driving by her house with Jerry, Jerry forces Russ out of the car, and tells him to go scratch his itch, so to speak. What they don’t realize is that not only can’t Russ get Laurel out of his mind, but Dean’s become obsessed with her as well.

Laurel is truly an innocent, but she is ripe for a passionate, no-holds barred affair, as Russ quickly finds out. They get together whenever possible, but there are other dynamics in their lives. For one thing, Russ has custody of his 13 year-old brother, Sean, due to the death of their parents. Sean is an angry, hurt child whom Russ can no longer communicate with. This is just the tip of the iceberg of why Laurel can’t help but fall for Russ. He’s kind, caring, considerate and responsible, and of course, a hunk. She can’t believe he wants her. Russ can’t help falling for Laurel, for the reasons mentioned earlier in this review – except to add that she’s one hot number – and he thinks he’s not good enough for her.

Every time I pick up a book by Erin McCarthy, it becomes a one-sitting read. There are so many facets of MOUTH TO MOUTH, that I just couldn’t put it down until I reached the last page. There is incredible passion, and plenty of hot sex, deep emotion, strong family ties and the intrigue that is finely threaded throughout the story. As if this fantastic story couldn’t get any better, there’s a couple of surprising twists in MOUTH TO MOUTH, and they only add to an already compelling book.

MOUTH TO MOUTH is a book that has exceptional character development. Laurel’s deafness is not a handicap, but part of her individuality. Although she reads lips, she also uses ASL (American Sign Language). I got a great kick out of her using ASL with her grossly overweight cat. (Hey, I have a cat that I call a potbelly pig, so it was very easy to imagine Ferris’s appearance.) Also, Laurel’s ability to break through Sean’s defenses is very touching. All in all, this is an outstanding book, one that is not to be missed, and certainly to be placed on my permanent keeper shelf.

Although Wagner would like to be all business, he does desire Annabelle, but he can’t see a future, as there are demons from his past and he wonders if she has any haunting her as well?

NEVER NAUGHTY ENOUGH is a lot of fun - first in seeing to what extremes Annabelle is willing to go to get Wagner, but it's also great fun to see that her stiff-shirt boss isn't nearly as stiff, well he is, but in a much more desirable way to Annabelle. By the same token, NEVER NAUGHTY ENOUGH can be quite serious, especially when it comes to both Annabelle and Wagner dealing with the memories of their pasts. This presents quite the contrast, proving Jill Monroe's brilliant ability as a writer. I thoroughly enjoyed Ms. Monroe's debut title. Although the beloved Temptation line is closing in 2005, this author has a lot to offer and I can't wait to see more from her in whatever line this talented new author publishes in.

If Jill Monroe’s debut title, NEVER NAUGHTY ENOUGH is any indication, this is the first of many good books to come.

Noccio is a creation of B. Lou Ferry and is almost perfection, except for the fact that he is without emotions, the one thing lacking in his cyborg programming. Ferry soon realizes that Noccio must learn how to feel and express emotions in order to be a real man. Noccio is given a week to learn all that will make him a man, and if he is unable to learn in that amount of time he will remain just a biological machine.

Marina Torez is confused when she sees a man sitting on the curb outside her home. She’s even more confused when he does not respond to her initial calls, but continues sitting there motionless. After getting his attention, Marina is intrigued by him, and then strangely letdown, as she believes him to be just another lost robot. Marina feels badly for him and soon invites him in to share her dinner to help him restock his low energy reserves. As they talk through their meal, Marina discovers why Noccio has been left out on his own. She lets him stay with her to learn how to be a real man.

Veronica Chase’s retelling of the Pinocchio tale is a well-written and amusing story. While reading NOCCIO, I found myself laughing out loud more than a few times and really enjoyed it.

Unaware that she is one of the lost sets of royal twin daughters, Charlotte has no idea why all of a sudden everyone is concerned about where her parents are. Especially a man named Tal who claims to be a shape shifting mage from a different planet sent here to protect her from a dangerous convict. Tal has no idea that the Earthling he is sent to protect is the savior of his planet.

Just reading the synopsis of this story whets my appetite. As I read the story, I was tempted to read the end first I was so interested in what would happen. The fact that Charlotte was one of the royal twins opened all sorts of doors for the story to step through. When she finally returned to her home planet, I thought that would be the end of the story, but I was pleasantly wrong. Tal’s planet was torn apart by two ruling castes, Traditionalists and Reformists. There wasn’t really a problem until Charlotte’s way of thinking leaned more towards Reformists Sect while Tal’s was more the Traditionalist Sect. It was a great touch by the author to make Tal and Charlotte think in two opposite ways. It was also a great touch for the story to not just be about the two finding love. There was the issue of them falling in love, but also the issue of uniting their country.

I liked how they bumped heads often and how Charlotte was the first female mage. There were so many inner stories within the larger story that I was never bored and always intrigued. If you love espionage, there’s a nice dose of that in the story also. ONTARIAN CHRONICLES 1: TAKEN BY THE STORM has it all: romance, suspense, sex (loved the sex scenes…hot, hot, hot), and danger. Just the right recipe for a great book. Great job!

Lawyer Alex deLuca is surprised when he sees a photo of opposing counsel Cassandra Harrell on the back of a steamy romance and wonders about the woman who is “untouchable” legal eagle by day and erotica author by night. Alex’s references to the book are embarrassing to Cassandra, especially as she doesn’t know what Alex is referring to, and more so as word about the book spreads right to her boss. Cassandra plots to make Alex just as uncomfortable as he has made her and show him that she means business. What Cassandra doesn’t plan on is Alex taking what she dishes out and coming back for more and, at the same time, raising the stakes.

In PHOTO FINISH, Mardi Ballou packs a lot of feeling, steamy scenes, and character background into such a short format. This story is more than just a quick dose of sensual romance, but is also an excellent piece of writing. I found myself interested in the characters and their histories and was wishing that the story were longer, so that I could spend more time with them. I also found myself interested in secondary characters, such as Cassandra’s sister, and wondering if Ms. Ballou has any plans to write her story.

Shelly Laurenston has delivered a winner with this captivating story with its memorable characters, humor, and action. Ms. Laurenston’s writing style combined with a great paranormal storyline and the palpable sexual tension between Mace and Dez made this a great read. Not having read any of Ms. Laurenston’s works before, this was a great introduction and I will definitely be looking out for more and adding A PRIDE CHRISTMAS IN BROOKLYN to my favorites file.

Chapter Two is “Commiseration”, and it is at this point Vanessa realizes she must get away. Her friends commiserating with her is making her more miserable. So, she goes on an extended vacation. While on vacation, she meets Nigel, a bus tour driver and they engage in a torrid affair – a no-strings affair. Even after she returns home, Nigel continues to visit her, usually on the weekends. All the while, Vanessa deals with concerned family and friends, as Nigel’s life is mostly separate from hers. But, oh, while they are together, boy, are they together! The sex is amazing and more fulfilling than Vanessa ever could have imagined.

PROGRESSIONS continues with telling Chapter headings that detail this time in Vanessa’s life, ending with “The Natural Progression of Things”. The story encompasses a wide range of emotions – from very sad, to very funny, and to acceptance. This is a wonderful story for women who are experiencing changes in life, or for any woman who would enjoy a story of how a woman learns a lot about herself and accepts that she deserves the happiness that life can and does offer. The story is based in the author’s homeland, New Zealand, so the scenic descriptions are vivid and beautiful. PROGRESSIONS is a well-done story, with a surprise ending, yet just as satisfying as the story itself.

This was a very interesting book. It did not have your typical hero. This book was more about a woman finding herself. I liked that Aggie wanted to change her life to make it better. Her dream lover did not care about her weight; he only seemed to want her. Ms. Simpson has a wonderful writing style that made this story come alive. Aggie never seemed to take herself too seriously. I look forward to Ms. Simpson’s next book.

When he wakes in the morning, he finds that she has slipped away, but he is not willing to give her up so easily. He just has to find her.

CAJUN BLUE is a very exciting read due to the extreme heat between Elle and Blue. The interplay between the two of them during the party was also a wonderful way to introduce the benefit of respect in a relationship such as this. I liked that Blue was willing to listen and respond to Elle's desires instead of looking out only for his own pleasure or to humiliate her in some way.

LOVE AND KINKS by Madeleine Oh

Jane Winston wants to take boyfriend Alan up on his offer of a weekend away, but she's not sure if she's up to all that he has in mind. He has already opened her up to more experiences in the past few weeks that they've been together, and she has not regretted any of them; but can she put aside her natural inclination to wallow in her humdrum life and live out her fantasies?

Alan Branis has been searching for the woman of his dreams and thinks that he may have found her in Jane, but he still wonders if it all could be too good to be true. He has planned a weekend of fun for the both of them that should ease all of his doubts.

LOVE AND KINKS was definitely an interesting story, as Jane explores a side of herself that she hadn't even thought about before meeting Alan. Madeleine Oh did a wonderful job of describing Jane's self doubts and hesitations throughout the weekend as she gets a chance to examine what is the ultimate sexual experience for her, her role as a submissive. There were times in the story that I found Alan's character to be a bit too overbearing, and that detracted from my enjoyment of the story.

SOUTH BEACH SUBMISSIVE by Jennifer Dunne

Alexandra Davidovitch, nightlife reviewer for a local paper, is asked to go on assignment to do an expose on an exclusive dating service. The service caters to a select clientele and has an upcoming bash that her boss wants her to get an invite to. As she reads the questionnaire for the dating service, she is taken aback by a question asking if she's a dominant, submissive, or switch. Overcoming her initial reaction of refusing the assignment, Sassy agrees to go undercover as a submissive, with the promise of an A-list party.

At the party, Michael Jackman catches Alexandra's eye and soon has her exploring her undercover role as submissive. Surprisingly, Alexandra finds herself reveling in how it feels to be under someone else's control and is amazed at how quickly he has her forgetting that she is there for an assignment. As she comes to understand more about the BDSM scene, Alexandra realizes that her review could have grim repercussions for people at the party if written and could lead to problems for herself if she doesn't write it.

Jennifer Dunne's SOUTH BEACH SUBMISSIVE is a wonderfully told story full of great scenes, one which will never have me thinking of fruit platters in the same way again. An added bonus to this story is the mention of misconceptions of the BDSM scene, those that an outsider might have. Alexandra getting the chance to voice her opinion on different activities, what interests her and what turns her off and Michael listening to her, definitely emphasized the need for respect between partners.

All three of the stories in RSVP are well-written and interesting looks at the BDSM world. I enjoyed the first and third story the most, mainly because the female characters were given more freedom in the relationships (ex. Sharing their opinions on what was turn on vs. turn off), but all in all this was a wonderful anthology chock full of fun and games.

There is such a sense of sadness to Thomas that it breaks your heart, and you hope and pray that there will be a happy ending for these two people. I could not help but become emotionally involved in the lives of these characters. Not only is their love for each other readily apparent, but the sex scenes between them were absolutely scorching! If I am ever to live in a haunted house, I can only hope that the ghost will be as endearing and sexy as Thomas Perry. This is a wonderfully written short story, and I definitely recommend it to those that love a great paranormal romance.

Have you ever had a close friend, someone you are especially fond of, one who'll you do just about anything for? Well, Samantha O'Ryan is placed in this position, and therefore, does her best friend, Lorissa, a favor. Sam agrees to go out on a blind date with Jack Knight. Of course, nothing ever comes easy as the dare comes with a condition - no talking to the press. Sam will find out more about that soon.

Jack Knight hopes to help his philanthropic younger sister raise money in a charity event, he is also hoping the evening will do well to erase a middle name he's earned through the tabloids - Jack "Scandal" Knight. Jack is a former basketball icon, but has been out of the game due to a horrific knee injury and will never play again. Yet, the press has always been obsessed with him, and being away from the game has not lessened the actions of the aggressive paparazzi.

Jill Shalvis writes an incredible story. Not the premise of course - boy meets girl, etc. - that is just the groundwork. What makes SEDUCE ME work so well is the awareness that sizzles between Jack and Sam, as well as the build-up of sexual tension. Another critical part of this formula is that neither of them are the commitment type, yet their feelings grow at such a rapid pace that the reader can't help but be drawn into their story. By the time you read the first few chapters, you'll have no doubt in your mind that this couple - a savvy, smart, bossy, no-holds barred woman is going to be absolutely perfect for the ex-basketball star who hates all the attention he gets from the press, but yet manages to make quite an impression on Sam.

Samantha has a heart of gold hidden beneath a tough exterior. I love how her character was developed. This tough as nails woman, a surfer who owns a small and successful café called Wild Cherries, easily develops protective feelings towards Jack, all while his celebrity status means nothing to her. It's quite easy to see how these two make such a wonderful couple. SEDUCE ME is a bit sad at times, but ultimately a tender story.

Although SEDUCE ME is an October Harlequin Temptation, and therefore, not likely on the store shelves, you will be able to find it online. So pull your credit card out of your wallet and click on over to an online bookseller, because this excellent book by Ms. Shalvis is not one you'll want to miss. It is a warm, sensual love story with well-rounded characters who, while touching each other's lives, managed to touch the heart of this lover of romance.

Kendall Aaronson is immediately drawn to the two handsome men who enter her shop one day. The attraction that she feels for Joshua and Sutter upon that first meeting shocks her, and trying to fight it seems hopeless as she discovers that she's not the only one feeling the strong pull. The two men have been patiently waiting for her respond to their invitation and soon the three of them enter into an exceptional relationship that has all of them feeling the heat.

As the first book in this series, DOUBLE JEOPARDY is a great starting point. Rachel Bo has delivered a wonderfully told story with memorable, well-developed characters. It is so easy to get swept into the story and to care about these characters, their feelings, their insecurities, and their desires. The story is also full of incredibly intense sex scenes so well written that they are hard to forget, not that the reader would ever want to. The bond between the characters also added further depth to all of the interactions between the three of them and was a great addition to the story. I will definitely be on the look out for more of Ms. Bo's work.

I was pulled into Cally's normal, everyday life as it was turned upside down. I felt her losses and I laughed at her interaction with the rowdy regulars who frequented the truck stop where she worked. I was just as suspicious as Cally of every new person introduced into her life. Ms. Redding's writing grabs you, there is no blood and gore, no outrageous acts, and nothing overt is needed to keep the readers attention. SURVIVING MORTALITY is the story of a lonely woman who becomes mixed up in an unreal situation.

Though this story does have a rather slow start, once the action gets going, it doesn’t stop. The heartbreak that divides Nimue and Merlin is enough to bring you to tears. Ms. Collins does a wonderful job of bringing her characters to life and allowing the reader to feel the emotions that they are feeling. With descriptive detail, you can feel the wind as it whips around you and hear the crackle in the air as Merlin and Nimue use their extensive powers to battle one another. Readers will lose themselves in the pages of this wonderfully written story. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves their romance mixed with intrigue and magic.

In SYMPHONY IN RAPTURE, Ms. Bo gives us not only a story of sexual reawakening and exploration, but also an examination of the characters inner selves. Ms. Bo does a wonderful job of allowing her characters to take on a life of their own as imperfect people, complete with flaws, doubts, and secrets. With the final page, I wasn’t ready to leave Michelle and Nicholas yet and wished that there were an epilogue to give more closure to the story.

Bridget Downs has always wished for more out of her life. Well, more is coming her way in the guise of Blaze, her lover from the planet she truly comes from. I had a feeling that TAINTED PURITY was going to be interesting for the simple fact that Bridget had no idea who she was. I thought the plot was pretty cut and dry, but the more I read, the more I realized that this was no simple story. There were twists and turns throughout this story that made it an even better read. The sex was hot and the excitement was off the Richter scale. I felt like I was watching a suspense film when they realized that there was a huge cover up behind Bridget not knowing who she was. I had my suspicions, but the author made good on dangling the veritable prize before my eyes until the end. Good job!

I enjoyed how Cade and Elexis got to know one another and each had their own reasons for continuing the relationship.

Her characters are strong and wonderfully done; it’s amazing how real and natural they seem. She gives the story a satisfying, yet tantalizing ending, one that has me eagerly awaiting a sequel. TO EVERY LOVE, THERE IS A SEASON has turned me into a Marissa St. James fan. I highly recommend it.

Even though Aragon has special powers connecting him to his gods, it’s rumored that Lady Thunder’s a witch, so Aragon knows he must exercise extreme caution. Another reason for caution is that Aragon feels some connection to the woman, even when viewing her from a distance.

Thora has lost everything – her home, family, her way of life. Ragnald Bluetooth is holding her as hostage, yet offering marriage to protect her. As much as she despises Ragnald, if this means peace and a truce, she’ll do what she must. In the meantime, she’s having visions of a white wolf that offers her aid – and if there’s any time she needed help, the time is now. TO TAME A VIKING has much to offer. Both stories are full of action, passion and are exciting and marvelous. Although the stories take place at a time in history where there was a lot of fighting, love proves to be a powerful force when it comes to bringing former enemies together. One thing I really enjoyed is Ms. Burbank’s poetic style of writing. Even though these are brief novellas, her storytelling ability is powerful enough for the reader to actually sense the emotions of the characters.

Burn specialist Dr. Natalie Giroux has a difficult patient, Fire Chief Dan Egan. Dan was injured several months ago during a warehouse fire, and he never kept any of his follow-up visits. There is more than one reason why Dan hasn't gone back to see Natalie. He hates hospitals for one. Also, he's very strongly attracted to her. Add to that is her take-charge attitude that just rubs him the wrong way. Yet, now they are stuck together. It doesn't take Dan long to realize that Natalie shares a lot of the same feelings he has - a connection and attraction that is just too unsettling.

Though Dan and Natalie are very drawn to each other, each carry a heavy heartbreaking baggage - Natalie's fiancé died a week before their wedding, and it would have been their one-year anniversary right about now. Whereas Dan loved his wife more than anything, yet he lost her to cancer two years ago. So, as long as possible, they fought their attraction. Being alone on a remote island, makes that fight a losing battle. What ensues is a powerful, intense battle of emotions and sensuality that robs them of all sensibility. There’s a kink in the plans, however, and it doesn’t take long to realize there’s a connection between Derek’s motorcycle accident and one contestant on the show.

So, sit back, enjoy a little fun, a lot of romance, and a bit of intrigue. The story in TV BRIDE is captivating, as the characters are multi-faceted and the by-play is always smooth. Nick’s intelligence and the supporting characters that support and help Samantha are a real treat as well. The “dating” scenarios are among the best scenes in the book, especially when certain chaperones are accompanying Nick on his dates. Of course, this is a romance, where there is a happy ending and this happy ending is well worth the read. TV BRIDE is a most enjoyable book and a quick read, leaving me eager to read more by this talented author.

But now she has no memory of any of it. He had planned to file for divorce, because he could no longer tolerate her selfish, uncaring treatment. Jake is left in a quandary. The Nikki he remembers isn’t the same woman anymore. If only he could trust that she would stay as she is now, he’d be glad to try to resurrect their marriage.

Jake’s mother comes to visit and is shocked by the difference in Nikki. Previously, Jake had kept them apart as much as possible to avoid their coming to blows. Not to put too fine a point on it, Nikki hated Jake’s mother, and the feeling was mutual. Now she’s clinging to her and begging her forgiveness.

Not only is she treating others better, she’s doing things she never did before, like baking, cleaning, and cooking for Jake. In the meantime, someone is trying to destroy Jake and calling Nikki with threats against him. Nikki can’t remember having an affair, nor can she imagine wanting to cheat on Jake. Together, they have to decide if their marriage can survive the damage, and they fall deeply in love. But it’s not only their difficulty trusting each other, but the external danger to Jake that leaves everything in question.

I enjoyed UNFORESEEN DANGER very much. It was a twist on the usual amnesia, helpless-victim-of-fate tale. Nikki is anything but a victim, and her desire to make amends for the damage she did prior to the accident leaves her in-laws and friends puzzled and suspicious. Jake is understandably torn—he knows Nikki cheated on him because he found the man’s socks under their bed. Yet, the woman she has become is his dream woman. When the truth came out, I was surprised. This book has suspense and intrigue, along with life-and-death struggles, without becoming melodramatic. I can highly recommend this book and will seek out other novels by this author.

As I read the story, I didn’t expect there to be a reason behind the raid that Eirik visited upon Sable’s people, but when I read that it was for a year’s harvest, I knew something was wrong with Eirik’s people. The fact that his people were starving and dying off because the weather was becoming so harsh changed my point of view on Eirik. I wasn’t so set against him because he was just doing what was necessary for the survival of his people. I liked Sable’s character. I knew from her title as a warrior that she was a strong willed person, but that was only a small fraction of her personality. I had a bias in my mind that she would be unfeeling with feelings as hard as a rock, but she was more open to love and being loved then I imagined. This made it easier for Eirik in turn to show her his feelings and for them to express their joint feelings out in the open. I knew she’d have to return to her people and when she did, I was glad that they ended up together.

In VIRTUAL REALITY, Joey W. Hill slowly leads the reader into the relationship between a dominant and his submissive and reveals the intricacies therein. The use of Internet to launch and maintain the bond was a fantastic addition to the story, making it possible that even upon the first meeting between Nicole and Mark in the flesh, they are already entangled in a well-established, honest and trusting relationship. Ms. Hill does a convincing job in writing Nicole’s uncertainty in approaching Mark and later as the two of them explore their relationship out of the virtual world. I also enjoyed getting a glimpse of Mark’s own hesitations as he tries to reconcile his virtual role with reality while also trying to maintain his hold on his potentially overwhelming anger. It seems that the focus of BDSM stories is generally on the submissive and his/her feelings, and in VIRTUAL REALITY, Ms. Hill did a good job of humanizing Mark.

WANTED: KEPT WOMAN begins with an interesting premise, Brian Armstrong wants a woman, not the ones he normally dated, women blinded by his immense wealth. Brian wants and needs a woman who wants and needs him, his strength and dominant personality. Early in the story he muses, "I'm a blue collar guy in a white collar world." His secretary suggests that he advertise for such a woman and she will screen the applicants, helping to eliminate the ones who don't fit his personality. Then all Brian has to do is date the short list until he finds his perfect woman. Weary of bad dates, Brian agrees to the plan.

Suzanne Montgomery is tired of dating crass men, tired of being overworked, and tired of being sad over her horrible first marriage. Her best friend suggests that she answer the WANTED: KEPT WOMAN ad, mostly for fun. Suzanne declares that she's not that desperate, but ends up answering, curious to see who would place such an advertisement.

Brian and Suzanne seem perfect for each other, but lest the story be over a third of the way through, Suzanne's abusive ex-husband appears, and the reader wonders if the main characters will even live to fulfill their romantic promise.

WANTED: KEPT WOMAN belongs to a developing sub-genre of romance fiction, that of a thirty-something heroine who has been married to a jerk and deserves a better relationship for round two. However, Suzanne's former husband isn't just part of the back-story; indeed, he is a malicious villain who keeps the reader in suspense.

Apart from a totally unrealistic self-gratification scene early in the story, WANTED: KEPT WOMAN is a superior entry in the world of erotic romantic fiction with engaging characters and a swift moving plot.

Alexander of Kent kidnaps the granddaughter of the King of Scotland, Catherine, for the sole purpose of breeding an heir on her for his grandfather the King of England to control. Catherine, on the other hand, doesn’t go quietly and refuses to be the pawn in Edward Longshanks plan for dominance over Scotland. What they don’t plan on is slowly but surely falling in love as plots of power and greed surround them.

I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into this story the minute I read the synopsis. I wondered if Catherine was going to be a spitfire because I knew Alexander had to be an Alpha male. I wasn’t disappointed with either character. Catherine is a spitfire, but she has a soft, loving side to her. I think that type of character worked well with Alexander’s personality. The story would not have unfolded the way it does and with the ease that it does if Catherine had been more assertive and hard. Just when I thought Catherine and Alexander were going to live happily ever after, something else came up and the reader was plunged right back into the thick of things. This only happened once or twice just enough for the reader to bite their nails with anticipation, but not too much so the reader would put the story down. Good characters, great sex, and good plot. I enjoyed myself immensely.

Cole and Jenna are flawed characters, which makes them seem so very real. Though their romance is on shaky ground, there’s never a lack of sparks between these two. The love scenes they share are very sensual, but not too explicit. A well-written and enjoyable read, THE WAYWARD HUSBAND is just the beginning of Cole and Jenna’s story, and I, for one, am eager to see what happens to them in the next book, MY HEART BELONGS TO YOU.

WHEN LIGHTNING STRIKES is a wonderful book! I really enjoyed Ms. Somers writing style and dialogue. She also has a wonderful sense of humor. The sexual chemistry between the two is intense. Trust is a major issue in this book. Emma and Seth cannot form a deeper relationship until they are willing to trust.

As Lyndie works for an international charity organization called Hope International, she’s flown to Copper Canyon many times. Having suffered a difficult childhood, the people of San Puebla have become much like family. They have worked their way into her heart. So, she agrees to stay and interpret between Griffin and the Mexican volunteers. But, this is going to be so hard – the man is gorgeous.

Griffin struggles at first – feeling completely unqualified. Yet, Lyndie’s dedication humiliates and shames him. She is strong, brave and amazing. She becomes his lifeline. While both are surprised at the level of sexual awareness, they are almost too much alike – both bossy, both demanding; yet he finds her inspiring. Also, her arresting beauty unnerves him – thus setting the pace for what is sure to be a hot and heavy affair – no matter how different their lives are, and whatever personal demons they are fighting.

What a fantastic book to start Ms. Shalvis’ single title career! This prolific author has the amazing skills to write a compelling, entertaining and gratifying read. Not only is the firefighting and the methods for fighting a spreading fire amazing – the love story that develops between Lyndie and Griffin is so very touching. Lyndie and Griffin, as well as a superb cast of secondary characters, flesh out an engrossing story. Whether you like action, adventure, or are a romantic at heart, you get it all in WHITE HEAT. The pacing is fantastic, and this page-turner is most certainly a keeper! This series continues with BLUE FLAME, which is available now.

THE WICKED WITCH is a fantastic book! The heroine Orayna is sort of a tortured woman. She commits murder, she does evil things and yet, she is at the mercy of her father's will. I felt she did these things out of necessity and to ensure her own survival, which made her actions understandable, if almost forgivable. I liked Peter because he was brave enough to love Orayna even after coming face-to-face with her past and her demonic sire.

There are some very dark elements in THE WICKED WITCH, including very graphic descriptions of tortures meted out in Hell. Squeamish readers should be cautious. However, readers who want an extraordinary book filled with suspense, horror, strong characters, interesting situations, as well as steamy sex, will love THE WICKED WITCH. Bravo Ms. Cloud for creating a suspenseful, dark, horror story with such a rich cast of characters. I was blown away by this book and am now trying to read everything that I can get my hands on of Ms. Cloud's.

JC Jensen has given up on finding “Mr. Perfect.” That’s why she’s at the local animal shelter. Now, she could have had her choice of any of the cute, cuddly balls of fluff, but no, she had to pick the ugliest, meanest, least adoptable dog, which also happened to be part wolf. However, once she got him cleaned up, he was rather adorable, and that’s why she ended up giving him the name “Fluffy.”

Max Adams was sent to Hoboken, New Jersey, because a prophecy foretold he would find his life mate there. Humor is very much a part of the characters of JC and Max. In fact, their humor is what draws you to them and makes you like them. The sexual attraction between the two of them is instantaneous and very hot. It’s so hot that readers are liable to get burned. And without revealing too much about Max’s wolf pack…let me just say it is, without a doubt, the most unique pack I have ever read about and one that tickled me pink. I literally can’t wait to read Derrick’s story, WOLF MATES: WHAT’S NEW PUSSYCAT?

I would like to read more about Eva and her character in upcoming books since she seems to be a character to be reckoned with. Fluffy is adorable. I especially liked what he did to JC’s former ex-boyfriend, not to mention what he does with his kibbles. (LOL)
